Everyone graduate law in the Philippines aims to become a lawyer. However, unlike our colleagues in other parts of the world, our legal education is very different.

Legal training is a continuing education. On an average, it takes a Filipino law student until the end of 8 years to fill it out and have a degree in law. You have to pre-law degree before he or she can apply for a law school of his choice. Popular courses include political science, accounting, trading courses, psychology, law management, criminology, and much more. Then, he or she enroll in a university, where law is offered. It will be tough tests, interviews and rigorous academic references that we can meet. When an error occurs during the pre-law days, so he or she is not permitted to enroll in the Law School.

During Law School students are reminded to always read, read and read until it hurts. Everything will be investigated, and the right topics are as follows: civil, criminal, employment law, commercial law, tax law, political law, Remedial Law and Ethics. A Filipino law student undergo grueling four years of study, oral presentation, the professors will test your endurance and memory retention and the research and the latest case law cases. Law students are also required to attend hearings and conduct mock trials in preparation for lawyership.

The Bar exams separates graduates of the Law attorneys. You need to check the bar to his oath, and sign the roll of attorneys before you become a full pledged lawyer.

After graduating in Law Studies, Diploma proceeds to review a bill for another 5 months or so in preparation for the bar exams, many law graduates in the different parts of the country searching for good review centers to assist them in preparing for the hardest national examination, in the Philippines. A serious examination reviewee distributed Bar 12 hours a day by reading his notes and books right across the duration of the review.

The Bar exams every year in September of each year. It is divided into four Sundays, two themes for each Sunday. The venue for the examinations is usually in the De La Salle University.

Cheating is strictly prohibited. Once you are caught, you will, of the bar exams ever. As the end is not tolerated during the test correctly. They are also available through Proctor each time you go to the comfort room. In short, the test is very rigorous and closely monitored by the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

The real anguish, however, starts out waiting for the results. In general, it takes another six months before the results are provided by the Supreme Court. Until then, the future depends on the bar candidates in the balance between passing and not. If you are not attached to the bar exam the first time he or she is trying to take four more. If he or she is not for the third time, he or she must sign up for a refresher course as a prerequisite for him or her back to the bar exam for the fourth and the fifth time

Indeed, the Philippine law graduates face a very tough challenge. Overcoming it is another story. It is a great success given the fact that many are called but few are chosen in the noble profession of lawyering.
