Business laws in our country and our rules are so complex they seem to be choking the viability of not only our courts, but also by layers of regulations for companies to asphyxiation.
The bureaucracy is not only in the government, but it has all levels of business small, medium and large. Of course, some rules of the game are necessary to our economic machine with standardization.
But with all the case law, written laws and actions to the laws no longer provide the opportunity for companies that know in advance what to expect or have an appropriate measure to dictate policy in their companies.
One thing I have noticed is that if you have an old law book before 1940, and there is not much. It's pretty simple and down to earth. When reading the chapters you will find that it makes sense, it's all understandable, and you find important.
Today things are very different. I advise every MBA student or individual looking to Business Law Business Law to read old books and textbooks. In fact, I would recommend a very good for you that I am in my own library:
"" A Text Book of Law and Business "by William H. Spencer, McGraw-Hill Book Company, Incorporated, New York, NY, 1938.
If you always find, ask the questions, 1) Where did our business laws and regulations, or 2). How did our business in the laws changed over the years? Then reading through this work shed some light on the subject. So, they think.
