The film The Great Debate panelist universal topics and themes that everyone can rely on and understand. In relation to what is morally right or wrong, resulting in outstanding? The law or one's own conscience?
This is but one of the many outstanding issues are discussed and argued throughout the film, which deals with race, inequality, injustice and human rights violations. For centuries, the legislature had unjust laws to enslave, disenfranchise, oppress and blacks in America.
Fortunately, because some of the noble and intellectually wise men, wise and articulate framed their arguments peacefully, fairly and had been the heart of Anglo-Saxon won for freedom. This gradual and finally to an emancipation for blacks throughout the nation. But the rulers are not about the containment and elimination of their rule slightly. They had to be suspended, and fought tirelessly.
Hence the beauty and the burden of democracy is an unpredictable people can the rule by the majority and thus lawfully adopted immorality. As Gandhi said civil disobedience is only temporary, if the laws of men are unjust.
If those in power among the ruling class would say that civil disobedience is nothing more than the true face of anarchy, nothing could be further from the truth, if America is closer to historical atrocities against the African race.
Honestly no more people or short positions to the true love and forgiveness to America and its people, as the Africans who were oppressed by this nation.
A March of civil disobedience, as is done by peaceful Gandhi maintained the dignity and respect for opponents, including the extent of humbly accept the legal consequences for your actions. This assumption of the impact on defying the law (even if it is unfair) can not be used to anarchy.
Another topic of debate in the film is the well-being, which some say discourages hard work. Survival, is that food and drink, a roof over their head, without a doubt is the biggest motivation for one to go to work every day. It can be argued that the welfare of the poor continue to weaken them lazy and unwilling to work and self-sufficient.
But the innocent children of parents without work, both willing and able to work should not be made to suffer and go without, while a nation, as our prosperity alive. The government should provide jobs before condemning the poor.
How Black redeemed their dignity, their fertility has recognized, meaningful employment and it was immediately clear that the color of the skin is not the decisive factor for the character.
Black poets like Hughes, Bennet and Hurst showed strong and mentally capable of their writings. Hatred is only a game by cool hands. Wise and timeless words!
Today we no longer demonize Indians, blacks and communists. Instead, we prefer to demonize and label them Muslim terrorists (often people we do not know). Therefore America's oppression marching on - she has only made our planet and in another "Theater of War" "distant, where less public scrutiny be given.
It is therefore faulty logic and presumptuous to America godly and good, if it is poor at the heart of the Creator, historically and now.
Who are we to do nothing? This was a memorable question in this wonderful film, calling us to account.
A law that violates my conscience is void of justice. This means that the executive orders that send sons to war to kill innocent people in a different color or belief, simply because they do not understand, if the English language is a weapon on her face.
Conscience, and allows us to know, from wrong.
Blacks were hung, lynched and killed, without justice. Today is again the story repeats itself.
Are we confused or convinced by our own media propaganda?
An unjust law is no law at all.
Your opponent is a mere dissenting voice of truth that we have in our hearts already know ultimately. God is the judge of the living and the dead.
Intuitively Professor Tolson early in the Great panelist irony of Bethlehem Steel, a company that has the weapons of war and even the name of the birthplace of the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ.
Whatever it takes to make us comfortable with the imperialism and the military-industrial complex, I suppose. The denigration of people other than the distance.
Today blacks freedoms they have fought and gloriously won! I encourage them and all the people in the fight for the freedom of the distance, the others are brutally by the almighty America and abused by "the rule of law", which are often no right at all beyond that of our own making while we disregard for international law and are themselves a law unto you.
Write your own dictionary! For America, skillfully mastered the manipulation of the English language and their actions speak louder than their words.
