law prevail?
People will remember the first thing we study, hear or see
and the last thing - before we are no more and desisted.
The vast middle is lost forever, unless we have a "learning strategy for the preservation and long-term memory. We start strong and lose the way, but the
last part of the text has stickiness.
Speed Reading Patterns
If you do not immediately your speed reading strategy when
They begin a new reading process - you will absolutely return to your
snailing a life-long habits.
You can make a qualified 1200 words per minute reader, instead of the average
200 words per minute snail - but if you do not realize with a start -
Read speed warm-up for 50 seconds - you are at your old reading
reinforced, programmed 200 words per minute.
Reason: You will learn to read in the 3rd Class, reading one word at a time
Hearing the words in your mind, and only with a hard-focus.
By now your left brain is snailing neuropathways that
Kick-in Auto-Pilot - unless you are to quit Command-and-desist.
How? You have 50 seconds reading speed warm-ups before you with the bat
the text.
First Warm-up Exercise
The Z is a diagonal with the fastest speed reading. It underlines
the sentences with the Pacer (pin, master grid and cursor) moves
three times the normal reading speed. Use the exercise of skimming down a page.
They appreciate how quickly skim the Z with a diagonal. It is three times
Your old snailing speed of 200 words per minute. Skim at about six to one hundred
Words per minute to move your eyes from left to right and from right to left
Paras.
Understanding may be zero, but your brain uses peripheral (soft)
concentrate around the main points (subjects), of the texts. Your eye-pattern
Movements on the side of your exercise fourteen eye muscles and their
for later reading speed up to 600 words per minute.
Second Warm-up Exercise
This is called double-Chunking - with the pacemaker, the words
on the page by placing the records in two separate clauses. Your Pacer
moves from left to right, from left to right on the page.
We call this practice scanning - and it is the reading of up to 500 words per minute.
At this speed your brain takes specific details such as names, dates and places.
Once again you realize that you are not obtaining perfect understanding,
Your brain is still absorbing most important points in the text for the long-term memory.
What is important in these warm-up exercises can not understand - that comes later - it's always in your eye-movement patterns to the field of vision on the side.
Third warm-up exercise
The final reading will be Triple-Chunking - with the pacemaker, the words to your page - by separating each sentence into three clauses. Your Pacer moved from left to right, from left to right on the page.
This is the slowest warm-up of the three - and called this screening exercise. You will receive more understanding than screening with either skimming or scanning, it is used to both the main ideas and characteristics of the text.
Your screening should speed up to 400 words per minute, double-click your old snailing speed.
Reading Readiness
Now you have changed the eye focus from hardware (narrow vision), the Soft-Focus --
The broad, peripheral vision. The secret is that our eyes are genetically --
Motion detectors, and our eyes instinctively follow a moving object.
With one of the three forces pacers eyes up to the speed of your
Brain-view. You stop reading snailing and exclusively in the left brain, and speed read by right-brain skills.
This increases your reading over 600 words per minute; speed reader can learn and remember three books, articles and reports in the time others can hardly an end.
Our goal for graduates of speed reading is to have a permanent competitive advantage, and the constant fast-track career.
Reading readiness is related to the teaching children to read. She works with them and allows you to triple your reading speed permanently through the use of these three warm-up exercises before the text.
Remember the name - Skimming - scanning - and screening. Each strategy different eye muscle exercises. It is an external muscles in each eye to your upper eyelids, and six inner eye muscles - a total of seven.
They have a total of fourteen eye muscles and trains them in techniques of speed reading is the difference between snails who read 200 words per minute, and the speed of the reader up to 1,200 words per minute. You have the choice.
See ya,
