Flow is the quality of lightness, in a life to give it the look and feel of almost effortlessly achieved. It is not as difficult as it may seem. We all know people who go through life prefers where possible opportunity, or those who have a talent for the right place at the right time to connect with the right people.

These people seem unusually happy life seems to favor, but in reality they have synchronicity and attraction in a habit in which most people in a random manner. Our culture has been programmed to fight with valor, and so is the tendency to unconsciously choose struggle for lightness.

This struggle mentality confirms the assumptions that life is hard and you have to work hard to make ends meet or to the future. It provides the framework-achiever in declivity, while the high performance achiever for burnout. This struggle mentality is a disease, the disregard for the unsuccessful and the successful. There is a high price for success is that the adrenaline-based, it is the endless pressure, faster, work harder, higher, sleep less and do more. This model for success is very unattractive, very expensive and is simply a glamorous form of failure.

The high performance achiever can be relentless at first, but also as a burn intensifies, they begin to wonder, "Is that all there is? "" It's a better way leads to success that can be achieved and sustained without amputating other important aspects of yourself and your life.

Steven Lane Taylor, author of Row, Row, Row Your Boat, A guide for life in the Divine Flow ", suggests that we deliberately tap into the river of life benevolent energy. If we do, we begin to gently toward our goals instead of racing past them like an Olympic runner being chased by a herd of frightened elephants. The high performance achiever is often the one who is most at risk in itself caught in the work harder, faster, more paradigm.

In Steven book, he uses the song "Row, Row, Row Your Boat", a simple model for unlocking the secret flow.
