taiwan international law
One of the main demands of civil society is the rule of law, which means that people have the right of the country, regardless of their status or position in society. In the modern world, the developed countries proud that their Society will be replaced by the rule of law, while most developing countries like India to be ashamed that their society is not about the rule of law. The developed countries are the model for the under-developed countries where the rule of law is still a distant dream .

Companies, according to the rule of law are often more than civilized, there's much more to the society. Every thing in such societies seems to be in order. The streets are clean, green areas and parks are well maintained, government officials in the office, trains and public transport on time. In addition, there is virtually no corruption in public offices. The people are well paid, better efficiency and keep everything neat and clean. These companies seem to be the perfect people in other parts of the world, often wonder why they do not like them.

All societies need laws for their existence. Even if the laws can change in any society, but there are some basic principles that apply to all laws in the world. These fundamental principles of equality, fraternity, justice and freedom. The Indian constitution, for example, includes these goals in the preamble to the constitution, which aims to provide all citizens justice, liberty, equality and promoting among them the spirit of brotherhood.

These principles are so universal that they are in nature you find in any civilized society in the world. It is a matter of great surprise that in reality the result of the rule of law is exactly the opposite. The more civilized a society is, the greater is the inequality between the population - more injustice to the have-nots, less freedom through strict enforcement of law and hatred between citizens based on race, caste and religion. What goes wrong in the implementation of the so-called rule of law?

Law of nature

Indian thinkers in the Vedic period, roughly 3000 years before the birth of Christ, discovered that the universe is not performing their tasks at random, but according to certain laws. These were identified as "Rita" or the universal laws and principles that the universe. The progress of man can in large part to the understanding of these fundamental principles of nature and use of them for the benefit of humanity at the expense of the rest of the creations. The laws of man, therefore, is contrary to the laws of nature, as they are human-centric and not for all the works of God or of nature.

One of the essential differences between man-made laws and the laws of nature is that the laws of nature are spontaneous, as they require no effort on implementation. For example, in a natural piece of land as a forest, the earth produces trees, plants, fruit and vegetables spontaneously, without irrigation or cultivation. Nature itself provides timely rain and fertilizer to the new facilities. The forests and mountains are green and the beauty, the purely natural, because it is without effort.

On the contrary, the man-creations such as parks, trees, plants artificially made. They too can be beautiful as the nature, yet they can not survive without regular expenses for the part of man. Imagine a park that is not maintained for a few months or a house for the months not cleaned. They lose all their beauty, and soon filled with dust and weeds. No building or modern gadget can, without external efforts of MAN. All natural creations are able to survive on their own and their livelihoods and their lives without assistance from outside.

The laws of nature are, how they deal with each type (and not just a man) with equality. In a jungle, each species is due to their share of food, air and water, allowing them to live a dignified life without dependence on another body. Nature makes no distinction between a species and the others, because all species are the children of the same God.

However, in the world, each other creature dies if it is not useful for humans. You can only survive if they can be useful for humans. This man does not treat the world, all other beings of nature with respect and not to give them the right of equality, freedom, justice and fraternity. He cleverly usurps this universal law and makes it only for the people. For all other species less, he has a man from the case, what they are "the law of the jungle" or "Survival of the fittest", which its rule over the weak creations. The fact on the contrary, that the laws of the jungle are much more equitable for all types and as the man from the case.

Most men are not concerned about the way they with the animals because they have less a feeling that "the survival of the fittest" theory is more than the laws of nature. But they forget that basically everyone in the world, to them and also that they are not always a receiver. Man-made laws do not stop with animals, but they soon their wings to the people, too. This is where conflicts between man and man begins to hate and wars. You notice that the pinch if the law of the jungle and it is against the law of nature is not to him. He is hurt when he is treated as weeds by the Company.

Weeds: The nature undesirable plants?

One of the most interesting works of the natural world weeds. Weeds are unwanted plants in the kingdom of plants. Weeds are defined as all plants, not the human society, and generally tend to overgrow or in competition with valuable plants. Weeds are plants that people as unattractive, undesirable or nuisance.

In the world of nature, man must constantly battle against weeds, their artificial plants to survive. Weeds grow automatically, and if the artificial gardens do not have the support of the people, it is soon overwhelmed by weeds and the entire field or garden full of weeds. Weeds are by nature (God), because no human effort is needed to grow. However, they are so powerful that the man is constantly on guard from his creation of these weeds, so that the whole creation of a civilized society is destroyed. Weeds are unwanted people in the world of plants as criminals in the human society.

Criminals: The necessary evil for civil society

Like weeds in the natural world, there is a growth of criminals in civilized societies. Who are these criminals? Why do they grow? Whether the criminals are healthy people, or they are mentally ill, as is often thought of the civilized world?

Criminals are defined as people who commit crime. Crime is defined as an act that is a violation of the criminal law, which by law are punished. Crime is generally regarded as an evil act, and criminals are often described as the evil, the devil, there to destroy the civilized citizens, the children of God.

There are many similarities between criminals and weeds. Criminals always automatically in every society and the society has to work hard to weed these criminals. Criminals such as weeds and are so powerful that they are competitive for the defeat of civilized people. They are, therefore, fought jointly by the society. But in every society there is crime, and there are criminals. We are accustomed to evil as the criminals that unnecessary as weeds. But if God (Nature) is the creator of everything, then everything in this world must be identified with a specific purpose. "What could be the goal of creating criminals?" We wonder.

Criminals are, in fact, the creation of the civilized world. In an uncivilized world, there is no law, so there can be no violation of law and thus no criminal. If we are to understand the benefit of offenders in the civilized world, we must imagine that the natural world without weeds. In such a world, all plants will be by people with artificial irrigation - canal, tube wells, and other systems, irrigation for agriculture. In all certainty, it is only such plants and plants that are useful for the people and the rest of the species survive would certainly not in the man in the world. Further, man's energy is limited, and with all his efforts, he can hardly take care of a tiny part of the world by artificial plantation, so that the rest of the physical world would be without plants and without oxygen, and other animal life and ecological - System. This will mean that soon the end of the world, including humans.

The role of the criminals is similar to the role of weeds. Imagine a world without crime, ie, all under the law of the country, without question. It is only the status quo in the world. Kings will always be the kings and their children or loved ones can be kings. Poor is worsening. Kings frame is more inhuman laws that would give them more powers. The less fortunate people die from hunger and poverty, because they are not against the law and the state has no obligation to feed. In order for the world without criminals would be a place where people die from inactivity, boredom and cruelty. This ideal world, in fact, would be inhuman and undesirable for humanity.

Fortunately, people automatically called criminals grow in each of the civil society, once you create laws to govern is. The laws of the people are always in jeopardy, because they are primarily against the laws of nature, ie, equality, justice, freedom and fraternity. States always have to face opposition from those people who break the law and are known as criminals. You have an ugly appearance as a weed, but only with the oxygen to the society for their lives. Thus in the post world, people recognize them not as criminals but as heroes.

The path of heroism

While you hate criminals, the heroes he admires. He may be his most precious possession, namely his life on a single call from his hero. Who are the heroes? Are they civilized law-abiding people defying the law or criminals? Take the example of Mahatma Gandhi in the modern world. He was perhaps the biggest criminal in the period of British rule in India, and he was often arrested on charges of war against the state. He spent more than 15 years in prison for his various crimes. But the people in India call him "Father of the Nation" and love him more than any civilized people on earth. Nelson Mandela spent 27 years in prison, but he is a national hero not only for South Africa but for the whole world.

Throughout history we find many examples of great people who have broken the law and was punished for their criminal acts. The list includes people like Christ, Prophet Mohammad, Socrates and Galileo. But it is precisely these people who changed the history of the world, and they are rightly revered as heroes by the masses, even after her death.

How many people you have ever known, the heroes, without violating the law and crime in the time? Maybe not. Heroes are not under the law, but by breaking the law.

Rule of divine law

It is not always good to follow the law blindly, as they order and the rule of law in society, but kills the human race, as the implementation of most of man-made laws are against the laws of nature. Man Laws are often camouflaged under the guise of natural law such as equality, justice, freedom and brotherhood they have exactly the opposite to be. Most people see the letter of the law, but not to understand his mind. One must understand that human rights laws is one of the basic requirements of civil society if they are contrary to the natural or divine laws. Thus any person who is the law not a crime. You must penetrate deeper into the facts before a law switch to an offense. The key distinction may be, to see if it is against the law for the interest of humanity or for his own selfish end. Is there a need or greed-based? It is the distinction between good and evil, between a real criminal and a hero. Who is against a law for others or to fight injustice is a hero and not a criminal. A poet said: "Jo lade din ke Khet, Sura toi" (Who fights for the weak is the real hero).
