Everyone today is talking about the law of attraction. What is the law of attraction? Brief the Law of Attraction states that" whatever we have in our minds, our bodies will start on the path to the theme of what we think. "

Stress and the Law of Attraction

In order to defeat stress, and activate the law of attraction to the benefit of your goals, you need to interrupt a deep breath, whenever and wherever you are. Do not wait for a certain time or place. If you wait for a specific time or city and stress already in your work, the elimination of stress is a Herculean effort as you fight against the law of attraction at that point.

Post a note on your mobile, notebook, or notes, or send an SMS message that states only one word ... breathe. Post sticky notes on your computer or desk. As you are on your computer or mobile notepad sticky notes, a long slow deep breath.

Breathe slowly. As you exhale, press all of the tension out of the lungs.

Take two or three long, slow deep breaths. It costs you nothing in time, but it is a tremendous return on investment to achieve your goals, how your mind and body moving in harmony to employ the Law of Attraction at work and at home.

The best way to stress is to concentrate on deep breathing during the day, especially if you're not feeling the effects of stress, not yet.
