breathlessness in pregnancy
Shortness of breath during pregnancy is very common. Hormones capillaries extend into the airways and relax the muscles in the lungs. In addition, such as pregnancy, your growing uterus pushes against your diaphragm prevents your lungs from fully expanding.
Knowing this we assume that breathlessness in pregnancy is particularly important for the course.
Breathe deeply in pregnancy
But, no matter what happens in your stomach, lung, or with your hormones .... The truth is that the vibrations (which send your message to the world) in each moment is what is most important.
Very early in my pregnancy with my twins, I have noticed changes in my breath. My first reaction was that I only get used to it.
But I knew that this is just a guess .... Part of the current paradigm that has forgotten that we are constantly creating our reality together. So I decided that I will be able to enjoy deep breathing in pregnancy.
Pregnancy, the breathing and the Law of Attraction
What I have in this pregnancy was that the connection with my baby (one at a time), I experience an immediate shift in my breathing. In fact, my breathing is very deep, with no effort on my part.
I just stopped to say hello, each of them, tell them how much I love them and how beautiful they are, and just breath it seems to me to fill.
Why might that be? Because if I get the time to talk to my children the message I am sending to the universe is a lightness, joy, love and the knowledge that everything is in order. Immediately I start to confirm the "everything is ok", and my lungs fill with the love of the universe.
