Ingredients: 1 and ¼ cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup slivered almonds, ¾ cup of Splenda, ½ cup sugar-free raspberry jam, ¾ cup cold margarine, 1 egg, ½ cup sugar, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking powder 8 oz of softened cream cheese, ½ tsp salt, 1 and ½ teaspoon almond extract, ¾ support of light sour cream, 1 egg beaten.

1) Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.

2) In a bowl combine the flour and Splenda. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Remove 1 cup and set aside. To the remaining mixture add baking powder and baking soda, salt, sour cream, 1 unbeaten egg, almonds and extract. Mix well. Spread on the floor and 2 cm at the side of a greased 9-inch spring form pan.

3) Combine the cream cheese, sugar and beaten egg in a bowl. Beat well. Spoon into the dough. Top with the raspberry jam. The almonds and reserved crumb mixture. Bake for about 55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. You Run a knife around the edge of the pan to solve. Remove the sides of the bowl. Cool completely.
