The Law of Attraction is just a law of the universe, as the law of gravity. It does not matter whether you believe or not, it's always worked. It may even by quantum physics.

The Law of Attraction states that what we refer to us. Quantum physics that everything in the universe is energy, it does not matter whether it is a table, a tree, or our body, everything is energy.

Our body, for example, consists of cells, cells from molecules, molecules are made of atoms and atoms are made of energy.

All energy and vibrates when it comes to energy, "like attracts like".

Our thoughts and feelings are also energy, so that if we are good "Vibrations" (feelings), we attract more good things in our lives. Similarly, if we bad vibrations, we attract bad situations. How often have you been a day that started badly and it is always more and getting worse? Similarly, when a day starts great, nothing seems to go wrong. That is the law of attraction!
