All transactions in e-commerce is through the acceptance of terms by the customer, the website operator by pressing the assumption he learns that the legal obligation by terms and conditions for him. All companies would have this question in relation to the enforcement of contracts, via the Internet under Pakistani law. If Pakistan is to become a center for e-commerce, priority is the updating of the laws of the evidence for the companies and authorities to conduct their business over the Internet in a climate of legal certainty.
