Have a hard time falling or staying asleep at night? If yes, the law of attraction can help you immensely. Now I will need you bear with me for a few moments, as we quickly by some obvious physical reasons that you may be a problem. After all, if it is a quick and easy fix, we can a shot, eh?

Beware of sneaky stimulants. While most of us are aware of the caffeine products we should avoid before you go to sleep, we often overlook some of the less obvious elements that affect our sleep, without realizing it.

For example, there is the obvious coffee or mineral water, but did you know that chocolate, cakes, ice cream and some cookies have enough sugar in them to affect sleep, too? There are even some fruits that enough natural sugar in them, as you awake.

If you have a difficult time falling asleep than usual - check what you have to eat before you go to bed lately. If you were an ice cream or cookie-kick for the last few weeks before the bed and have trouble sleeping for the same amount of time, it could be your easy access.

Consumption of alcohol - you are in a particularly rough time, and perhaps enjoy a few drinks when you come home at night. But then you do not sleep very well. So the next day you are crankier and enjoy a few drinks when you come home to try to make you feel better. But then you do not sleep very well again. It seems like a vicious circle, but the truth is - they may have the effect of alcohol is the cause of your sleep deprivation.
