The Law of Polarity states that everything that is an opposite. Good and bad, hot and cold, and. We can not know what was bad, unless we first know that something was good. In every situation that we consider bad or undesirable, we can also the good that by law must exist.
Last summer, we have our plan in motion for a new home. We had the perfect place, perfect design and all other things to start this new adventure. Everything started well, but soon we were with rain. The foundation had to be poured, and so it was very important that we dry soil. As the soil begins to dry, and it would rain. This cycle continues for almost 2 months, it was frustrating, but none the less, we have a positive outlook and simply believe that the rain was good, even if we do not understand how it was to our home building.
Finally, the foundation was poured and the house began to shape. The rain delay meant that our new home was not ready in time for the start of school. Our children went to school to change and we wanted them to start their new school. We hope that the new school, we would start the children, even if we were living outside their borders. They agreed, but we had to transport. I dreaded the thought of driving the kids back and forth to school for 6 weeks at the schools with different start and end times. The distance was not too far, but just far enough, or so I thought.
I decided that it's good to be in this situation so that I can be found. As it turned out, I had 40 minutes each morning before school with my son. We read together, talked about the new school, new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed our time together. I think this time it gave him the momentum that he needs to make the transition successfully. Then in the afternoon, I had 40 minutes with my daughter. Not only was she at a new school, but this was her first year, for cabinets and the band! Our time together helped her relax and there was always something interesting to tell, just the two of us. If our community finally came to an end, we were happy in our new home, but we forget that special time together. Yes, came good from bad.
The rain delay has given us in a different way. In the time that we decided that the old house on the market, we had the confidence and every reason to believe our house to sell. That was, until the mortgage crisis began. Just as we were always ready to move, our old home for sale have boys, we were relieved. The timing could not be more perfect. We have, thanks! But then ... The other setback mortgage crisis and our customers will be assured. We were now to have increased by 2 house payments, but if it does not rain for the delay we have a double house payments 2 months earlier! We were grateful for the rain!
The attempt to concern and anxiety in check, we pull ourselves from the BOOTSTRAPS and decided that it's good to be in this situation. For the next few months, we have somehow to make money and payments endured the slow real estate time during the holidays and winter. Our faith has been strengthened, and we knew that something good came our way.
The good has come our way. Thanks to the mortgage meltdown, the housing market is very strong. Although we do not really want to be the landlord of the view that we take this opportunity was a blessing in disguise. Within a short time, we had a rental agreement, a positive cash flow, and a piece of an old puzzle that we never considered. Yes, good from bad came back!
So, the life there, if you lemons instead of lemonade, remember that by law it must be good. Set your course on positive thoughts, gratitude for the situation (yes, gratitude for something you do not like or understand), and know that everything will be alright.
Also you will find the good in life that you want, when you employ the law of polarity.
